What is Intimitea?
A donation-based monthly event to unpack the intimate topics that shape our wellbeing

Each session offers guidance from experts, time for introspection, and OPTIONAL sharing. No pressure. Just time to explore things that matter — so you can feel more confident, joyful, and empowered as your intimate desires and experiences change over time.

After each meet-up, you’ll leave with new understanding, inspiration, and ideas for next steps. Think of it as a gym for your inner world, but with more laughter, no sore muscles and tea.

Whether you want to strengthen your relationship with your partner, be more confident during dating, feel more at ease in your body or simply learn more about the topics — Intimitea is for you.

Intimitea #4
To Touch & Be Touched:
Presence & Pleasure

In this edition we’ll unpack the most universally craved yet strangely mysterious experiences of being human: touch. Not the “quick hug while balancing groceries” kind - but the attuned, unhurried, oh-my-nervous-system-needed-that kind. The kind that melts tension, boosts connection, and makes your body whisper, “Yes… THAT.”

If touch sometimes feels unsatisfying, awkward or like something you should magically know how to do, you’re definitely not alone.

This workshop weaves wisdom from leading touch educators with embodied, hands-on practice so your body finally learns what your brain has been trying to decode since approximately forever. Expect playful exercises, surprising insights, a few nervous-system epiphanies, and at least one “how did I go this long without learning this?!” moment.

You’ll leave knowing:

  • the four dynamics of touch (yes, there are more than giving and receiving!)

  • the crucial difference between “wanting to” and “willing to” - and why it matters so much

  • how to ask for the kind of touch you truly crave - without feeling needy or hoping for someone to develop mind-reading superpowers

  • the keys to confidently offering touch that feels attuned and deeply welcome instead of “hope-for-the-best” hand choreography.

  • why so many of us feel touch-hungry and the ingredients that transform both sexual and non-sexual touch from “I guess this is fine” into “wow"

  • simple ways to “wake up your hands” so they become more sensitive, responsive, and intuitive

  • how to honour your own boundaries while receiving someone else’s “no”

Come curious and leave more connected - to yourself, to others, and to the deep pleasure of feeling at home in your body.

The Vulvovaginal Universe:
Marvels & Mysteries

Could you name all 12 external parts of the vulvovaginal universe? Or the 20 internal structures quietly working together — not just for fertility and childbirth, but for arousal, pleasure and orgasmic fireworks?

If your answer is somewhere between “uhhh” and “isn’t it mostly the… clitoris?” — you’re in excellent company.

Even most textbooks skip half the story. Even many doctors can’t explain how all the elements contribute to pleasure. And don’t get us started on how rarely people are taught about the urethral sponge, the ligaments, the “plexi” zones or the vulvovaginal erection.

So whether you have a vulvovaginal universe, love them, or just enjoy righteous anatomical justice, this edition of Intimitea is going to be a revelation.

What to expect:

  • Why we call it a universe — and why that language shift matters more than you think

  • The full constellation — external and internal — beautifully mapped and finally memorable

  • How it looks and feels different during full erection (yes, vulva-owners have erections too!)

  • Why the G-spot doesn’t technically exist and how ejaculation from the vulvovaginal universe works

  • A no-nonsense look at all the juices — sources, consistencies, functions, and myths to finally retire

  • The similarities and differences between vulvovaginal and penile anatomy — prepare to be surprised

Intimitea #2
Sensual Living:
the art and the game

This edition is for anyone who wants to feel fully alive — without moving to Bali, quitting their job or getting up at 5 am to meditate.

Maybe you’ve already dipped your toe into mindfulness. Maybe you even really savour the occasional cup of tea, or the feel of the sun on your skin. But somehow, life still feels like it’s all flying by a little too fast — or like you're missing some layer of joy, desire or pleasure…

Or maybe you’ve been living almost entirely in your head lately — rushing to appointments, caring for others, eating meals you barely remember, or wondering how it’s already Thursday (again).

No matter where you’re starting from — seasoned mindfulness pro or beautifully overwhelmed human — this meetup is your invitation to discover the art (and playful side!) of sensual living.

We'll cover:

  • What sensual living actually is — and how it goes beyond mindfulness

  • How to find pleasure in everyday moments — including the tough, annoying, or boring ones

  • What gets in the way, and how to work around or melt those barriers so that delight has space to slip back in

  • How to make it work in a full, busy life — yes, even yours

  • Why it’s not just about sex (but yes, it can definitely make that part of life more vibrant too)

  • Playful and delicious ways to (re)connect with your body, desires and joy

Intimitea #1
Hormones & Intimacy:
the magic and the madness

In this edition we lift the covers on the mysterious, maddening, and sometimes miraculous world of hormones. From our first breath to our last, these tiny chemical messengers pull the strings on our moods, energy, appearance, and sex life. They can turn us into a glowing love magnet… or a bit of a hot mess.

Whether you’re 25 or 65, there are some things you really want to know if you’d like more hormonal magic and less of the madness.

Feeling tired? Brain fog making you forget why you walked into the kitchen? Mood swings turning you into your own evil or depressed twin? Sexy bits not as moist or perky on demand as they used to be? Hairline retreating while belly keeps advancing? Libido started ghosting you — ring any bells?

During this meet-up we'll unpack what’s going on under your skin — and how to work with your body instead of ignoring or detesting it. You’ll also pick up a few ideas to better support your partner, friends, or that family member who suddenly needs three fans and a cold towel at dinner (or maybe that’s you?).

You’ll leave knowing:

  • what hormones actually are and how they run the show from cradle to grave

  • how they manage (and sabotage) your mood, sleep, energy, looks, relationships, and sex life

  • how to smooth out the hormonal rollercoaster, feel good in your skin, and keep intimacy and pleasure alive — at any age
