Every time I arrive in the Ruiter Valley—by car or bike—my heart does a little happy dance.
Even if you’re local, chances are you’ll agree: this valley is pure magic. And the retreat house? Nestled right in the heart of it.
Honestly, just getting there will be a sensual experience in itself—winding roads, epic views, and the sense that something special is about to happen...
We’ll be gathering in Potton, a tiny village with big charm. If you decide to join us, we’ll send you all the juicy (and practical) details— including the address of course.

Movement & Play

Energized by a beautiful smoothie sipped in your pyjamas, you meet the others on the little lawn where you discover a whole new kind of morning movement! Sensual self-touch, delicious hip circles and juicy jumping - as you breathe and laugh you feel your soul light up.
Two playful morning sessions will help you tune in to your body in new ways and explore the magic of sensual movement: one solo and one duo-based. Oh—and expect a few hilarious energizer games that will awaken your inner child (and maybe your inner goofball too).


Teachings & Practices

You cradle your tea and wonder what will be next after the eye-opening presentation on the keys to great sex (so many aha moments!), a powerful tantra-inspired breathing practice (which might just become your new favourite), and a mind-blowing session on how to access the full menu of orgasms your vulvovaginal universe has to offer. "Classes" have never been quite so... eh, let’s just say stimulating.
The teachings and guided practices will take place in various cozy spots, with demos, stories, and visuals. No boring lectures—we promise. This is a retreat, not a classroom snoozefest.

Journaling & Sharing

You rise from the sun-drenched dining table, where your pen has been on fire with reflections. As you rejoin the circle, you’re excited to hear what others have to say—and even to share your own goldmine of thoughts. And that while you're usually shy to speak in front of others!
After each teaching moment, there will be space for journaling and sharing in duos, trios, or the full group—so you can get clear on your desires, insights, and post-retreat next steps. And if you’d rather just listen? Totally fine. Respecting your boundaries will be celebrated!​


Touch & Massage

The scent of cedar drifts from the oil candle as you shift your attention to your feet. Your workshop buddy’s touch feels uncannily pro— so you give a content little moan to cheer her on. Encouraged, you start wondering if it will feel as good to her when it will be your turn to practice the professional massage moves you just learned.
During two workshops you will learn the foundations of powerful massage and touch and how to make giving and receiving instructions and feedback something light and fun.​
Dance-party
You finally slip into that cool-and-sexy outfit that’s been waiting patiently in your closet for just the right moment. Tonight, you dance for you. No performance, no pressure—just pure, sweaty, sparkly joy. And when the song you submitted to the playlist hits? You absolutely OWN it.
This gamified dance party will be part liberation ritual, part confidence boost, part epic group-bonding experience. Expect movement, mischief, and magic on the dance floor.


Mocktail Class

Mocktailmaking turns out to be a lot simpler (and sexier) than you thought. After slicing and sniffing your way through fresh ingredients, it’s time for the shaking—cue a room full of adults giggling like tipsy teens. The name of the drink? Vulvalicious. That might explain it.
You’ll get a taste of sensual mixology—no fancy bar tools or high-end ingredients required. Just juicy fruit, ordinary kitchen gear, and a bit of playful flair.​
Free Time
Hot tub bubbles, sun lounging in the garden, or sprawling out for a nap on the giant pink sofa? The choices are almost too good. In the end, you opt for a stroll to admire the mountain views—and feel quite smug about it.
Over the three days, you’ll enjoy plenty of short and longer breaks for relaxing, wandering, journaling, or getting to know your fellow sensuality explorers. Plus, if you want, you could sleep for 10 hours each night!

Culinary Sensuality
Eating and drinking will, of course, be a central part of the sensual experience during this retreat—a true treat for all five of our senses.
All the food will be healthy and vegetarian, crafted mostly from organic ingredients and featuring fresh local produce. Vegan and gluten-free options will be on the menu too—because pleasure should never come with compromises.

Forget about it.​ If you've been running around all day—barely pausing to check in with your own body—don't expect to be ready for intimacy or sex in a snap. It's just not how it works for most of us.
Most of us need to (re)learn how to generate pleasing sensations inside our body, invite body-positive thoughts into our minds, and consciously nourish our arousal throughout the day—because spontaneous combustion is mostly a movie thing.

The good news? All the sensual living habits and practices you'll discover during this retreat are simple and could be integrated into demanding schedules. But no sugarcoating here: simple doesn’t always mean easy.
Building new habits can be damn challenging. Starting out full of fervour is easy enough, but sticking with it? That’s the tricky part, right? That’s why you’ll be guided to start each habit during the retreat—so by the time you head home, you’ll already have a solid foundation (and a few new ‘sexy superpowers’).

Plus, the post-retreat accountability group and video calls will be there to help you stay connected to your sexy, sensual self in your everyday reality—because even sensual wonder workers need a little backup sometimes.

The way you feel in your body, how much you enjoy your days, and the strength and dept of your relationships are some of the biggest factors that influence your happiness. Accommodation: Bedding and a towel is provided. You can opt for a private room, come with a friend, or let us match you with someone and share a room.

Food: 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners 2 lunches, home-made snacks in between meals, two special drinks every day (a smoothie, golden milk, a mocktail etc.) , plus coffee, tea and sparkling water

Activities: All the activities during the retreat, plus three accountability calls on Zoom in the weeks following the experience.
What's not included

Transportation: However, we’d be delighted if you’d choose to share a ride with one or more other participants and we’ll happily put you in touch with each other.

Additional drinks or food: If you want to eat/drink anything else, feel free to bring it. Just note that this is an alcohol-free retreat and let us know if you have any dietary needs other than: vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.

We created this retreat inspired by our own journeys
In my early twenties, I would roll my eyes at how some people described their sex lives: full-bodied, mind-blowing, soul-connection. To my down-to-earth Dutch ears, it sounded over the top. But I was intrigued. These relationships felt profound, and the orgasms… well, almost too good to be true!
Sex with my boyfriend was passionate—we were only a year in—but I wasn’t fully myself. I feared he'd fall out of love if I showed my insecure parts. I'd never had an orgasm that lasted more than a few seconds, and thanks to my Christian upbringing, I saw self-pleasure as a shameful, sad substitute for the “real thing.” As for body confidence and emotional intimacy? I preferred to keep my bra on and my insecure feelings zipped.
We all know how intimate relationships come with ups and downs — and that sex is not just about orgasm. But if you’re anything like us, you don’t want to get to your 80s feeling like you missed out.
​Maybe you’ve never had the kind of relationship(s) that you dream of having. Or maybe sex used to feel great, but you feel you’ve lost your spark (a bit) since [fill in the blank].
I first got interested in learning more about relationships and sex back in 2012, when a slideshow of vulvas inspired me and my housemates to start a regular meet-up in our living room that we ended up calling “Vag Night.”
Thanks to Vag Night, we spent years reading books and blogs, watching talks and documentaries, and exploring our bodies. It helped. We got better at understanding our relationships and sexuality, and we started to really enjoy talking about sex.
But it didn’t uncover what was holding me back from deeper emotional intimacy or the kind of orgasms I’d only ever read about.
That secret started to reveal itself when I discovered embodiment techniques during an intensive training program to become a sex and relationship coach. Techniques like breathing, movement, self-massage, and visualization.
Within a month of practicing these techniques and weaving sensuality into my daily life, I began to break through physical and emotional blocks I hadn’t even known were there. I also began to experience full-body orgasms—ones that could go on and on. What blew my mind most, though, was how these practices helped me feel simultaneously calm and energized—a deeply satisfying mix I’d never known before.
So, after finishing my training, I reached out to my Vag Night buddies to join forces. Our mission? To guide others on the same journey we’d found ourselves on.
Since 2020, we’ve run a non-profit with one delightful goal: to help women, non-binary folks with vulvas, and couples reconnect with their sensual magic. We LOVE our work and can’t wait to share it with you.

Hi, I'm Marlene
I like writing lists, bouncing on big trampolines, cooking Ottolenghi recipes, and—yes—orgasms.
I’m also a huge fan of outdoor adventures—including the kind that combine scenic views with a dash of sexual thrill. What can I say? Organizing things soothes me, I value play and good food, and nature reliably turns me on.
I’m a certified sexuality and relationship coach and a Thai Yoga Massage therapist. My academic and professional training spans anthropology, sociology, sexology, psychology and a blend of modern and traditional therapeutic approaches. I’m also a bit of a group facilitation nerd and I've led group processes with hundreds of people in 16 different countries.
These days, I live in an eco-village on Mont Pinnacle in Frelighsburgh with my partner Samuel and a cat who doubles as the world’s cutest massage assistant and a true master of sensual living.
If we haven’t met yet, think of me as the girl next door—the flirty but totally ordinary kind. There’s nothing particularly special about me or my body, and everything I’ve discovered and brought into my life is available to you too...
