The Pleasure Recipe

@ L'art des possibles, Sutton

workshop for women of all ages

Friday 22 November
19h30-21h30
Free

Would you like your body and sexuality to be a source of energy, calm, pleasure or intimacy?

When it comes to our bodies, our sexuality and intimacy, most of us want at least one (if not several or all) of the following:
ease/comfort
connection/love
confidence/communication
pleasure/orgasm
novelty/excitement
desire/passion

But how can you achieve this if you don't have a lot of time or money? Or if you're not in a relationship? Or if you experience pain?

Let us show you that one evening can already make a difference, and that a workshop focused on these topics can be comfortable and fun instead of awkward.

A happier intimate life begins with your connection to yourself. Our goal is that you leave this workshop feeling amazed by your body and inspired and ready to take action to work towards what you really want to experience.

Join us for an evening packed with personal stories, a guided (non sexual!) meditation, an animated video covering all the sources of pleasure and orgasm in the magnificent vulvovaginal universe, practical advice, introspection and moments of sharing.

We'll create a comfortable space to share or ask questions, but of course it's possible to just listen if you prefer that.

This event is free because we're celebrating our 4th anniversary. It's fun to come with one or a few friends.

Our birthday gift to you: you'll get access to two audio-guided practices, the animated video and several other resources in our app.

This workshop will be held in a combination of English and French, but there won't be much repetition for bilingual folks.
